C869 is not inverter duty. It is 25hp, 286T frame, TEFC at 1765 rpm, though, and a two-speed motor.
For inverter duty, you may consider the GA51, catalog# HD25V2B motor (see attached data package). It is 25hp, 284T frame, TEFC at 1775 rpm single-speed inverter duty motor. My documents say it is dual drilled with 8 bolt holes for foot mounting meaning it should be fine to accommodate 286T:
