What are the duty cycle, maximum continuous RPM and maximum continuous horsepower input?
HDRS262-60/1-R, Cast Iron Worm Gear Reducer, Box Size 262, 60:1 Ratio, Shaft Input, Right Hand Output, 56 Frame
I am checking to use this to replace a short duty cycle 60:1 open, grease-lubricated 60:1 worm gear with 2hp input at 1800RPM

That gearbox is only rated for slightly less than 1hp input.
So this idea would not work for your application.
I recommend contacting rob@usmotor.com to come up with an alternative idea.
