Motor replacement question

Hello, we have a motor with bearings going out, and looking to possibly order a replacement. The existing motor is a US Motor, catalog# HO15S2BLF-C, Model CH037-A006. Looking on your website, it looks like the closest replacement may be a HO15P2BLE. Can you confirm this would be the appropriate replacement?

-C at the end of the catalog number means it went to the conversion center for something to be changed.

Vertical hollow shaft, P-base flange, WPI, premium efficient, 3ph. Old model# FG70. Standard coupling size is 1" with 1/4" keyway but can be changed at time of order in Checkout Order Notes.
