Can a VFD stop be set at 10hz rather that 20hz for the motor?
X15P2B, 15HP, 1800 RPM, 230/460V, 254T, explosion proof, mdl# CR91
The motor will be used to drive a fin fan in a refinery setting. The output is controlled by a VFD. Can the minimal freq. on the VFD be set at 10hz rather than 20hz? This would only occur on really cold days where process cooling isn't required, so I don't think there would be much concern of the motor overheating.
